STO Builds
STOBuilds.com is a site that lists different STO character builds for federation and klingon classes, information on STO ship systems, STO Bridge officer(BO) skill setup and so forth. I created this site as I was having a hard time finding all the information I needed without doing a lot of searching for it.
This site should allow people to plan out their STO class builds skills before they respec. Why is this important? You only have so many tokens for respec's before it starts costing merit or Cryptic Points to respec again.
The second reason for this site is I found it very hard to find good information on how to spec STO bridge officers for both ship and ground skills to backup your class or ship.
Hopefully this site has information that will help you play your class better and spend less time looking for usefull information on how to play your class on Star Trek Online.
Most of the builds listed below will use http://sto-builder.binarybit.ch or http://stoacademy.com/tools/skillplanner.php. Sto-builder does not list all of the ship classes, even so this is a very good character planner.
Welcome to STO builds, this site just opened on Nov 27th 2010. This site will be seeing a lot of changes in the near future as I find and post more information.
Please send me any build you would like to have posted on the site and please use either of the build planners above to create the url for the build. When submitting a STO build to me please list a few sentences explaining the build, such as what class this is for(tac, sci, eng), what ship class this is for (retro fit escort, fleet escort, etc), what weapons you are focusing on, etc. If you want to explain a little your reasoning behind your builds a little please feel free, just note if I recieve too much information I will have to cut some of it.
